Remember opening up your lunchbox to discover that Mom packed you a peanut butter and Fluff sandwich? Well how about celebrating that wonderful moment and reliving it for an entire Fluff festival!! What The Fluff is a celebration of Archibald Query, the genius who invented Fluff right in Union Square back in 1917. Artists, musical and theatrical performers, culinary geniuses and the general public pay tribute to this great American creation in a madcap festival. The tenth annual event includes a performance stage and games stage, participatory activities, gallery show, and craft and food vendors.
Be sure to check out the Fluff cooking contest which will award the Best Original Recipe, Best Traditional Recipe, Most Creative, Best Youth Entry and the Grand Prize, Best Overall. Think you’ve got what it takes to enter? Well here is what you need to know:
1. Bring at least 6 servings of your best Fluff recipe to the festival.
2. Print-out of your recipe and this form. (extra forms will be available on location) and register between 2:45 PM – 3:15 PM the day of the event.
