Join chefs Samuel Monsour and Richard Chudy, authors of American Burger Revival, for a crash course in everyone’s favorite – burgers! The “burger boys” (as Farm & Fable call them) will start with a meat-grinding demonstration (from local favorite Savenor’s Market), show us all how to create the perfect patty, and grill up mouthwatering samples from their new cookbook.
To make the evening even more spectacular, Urban Grape is providing the perfect wine and beer pairings for burgers and Formaggio Kitchen South End will be on hand to sample their picks for the ultimate cheeseburger.
